He always dreamed to become a Jedi, to know the deep secrets of the universe, to have exiting adventures, but he is faced with the dull reality of modern life routine and economical rat race of the early 21th century.
Location: Branches out from planet earth, with storylines set in it’s different ecosystems and nations, venturing in space.
Will develop onto solar system planets, interacting much further along the plot with distant star systems in the milky way galaxy.
Towards the end of the story, space-time will be unraveled, exploring new dimensions that will allow expanding in other galaxies, and other plains of reality inside black holes.
Antagonist: The first antagonist will be more of a what than a who; the boring, mildly oppressive world view that thinks of the universe as mechanical and stupid, represented in his father that views the protagonist as just as much silly, dreamlike, and sees him as nothing more than a bag of chemicals wrapped in skin.
He tries throughout the fist part of the story to limit his potential, and to have his son live a life of dull, working middle class mediocrity as a man of science and medicine as he has been so far.
Love Interest: The protagonist falls in love easily, many times, and lives tender successful relationships lasting a couple years, deep with erotic, romantic and sexual adventure, that keep getting troubled by emotional trauma and fears of abandonment, inadequacy and depression.
Regardlessly of the difficulties, love stories always end with a heartfelt goodbye and grow into lasting and fertile friendships.
The protagonist will then embrace a polyamorous approach in his twenties, reflecting his natural tendencies.
Confidant: His mother, who always supported him as much as she could, fighting with her own traumas and fears of inadequacy.
Comic Relief: The protagonist himself, periodically makes absurd choices and changes his mind drastically with a laughter about his misadventures.
Also, there will be plenty of random encounters with characters of the most diverse type, bringing from many different approaches the deep and yet light philosophical great question; is it really serious?
They will be making fun of the protagonist in a loving way to get him to bypass completely his view of the world and himself, to grow back into the playful laughing child.
Story So Far: The protagonist had a terribly difficult school history, was bullied and made derogatory fun of by most teachers and companions alike. He grew rebellious, started traveling the world, so doing had many love and spiritual adventures that opened his mind to some of the mysteries of the universe and himself.
Psychedelic mushrooms and LSD were involved.
Then he takes on and beats the first earthly challenge, after much struggle, to win the financial rat race.
At last, he confronts a world expending to space…
Conflict: 1st Character vs Father and limiting world view, and vs culture and church, the “quit dreaming and get a job” attitude.
3rd Character vs tech and science, in their conquest and abuse of nature.
4th character vs self, and his interiorized enemies and ideology conflicts coming from previous conflicts.
5th, simultaneous with 4th, character vs the challanges of gathering wealth, power, knowledge and skills, that proceeds as an instinct for the times to come.
6th, once all the previous go resolved, vs evil AI.
Outline: Chapter one will be the childhood of the character, and the baseline traumas of impotence and impossibility to follow his dreams, that will develop quickly into chapter 2 with the teenage years and his rebellious story filled with adventures in the world, encountering dangers, love, challenges and cultures that will build his identity.
Chap. 4 will be his struggle to win the financial rat race trough many tools, like trading, investing and new tech, in a world quickly evolving AIs and space tech. Continues
